Andrew Carter didn’t stumble into cooking. He committed to it fully, earning his culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America and then doing what the best culinary graduates do: he went and worked in the kind of kitchens that demand perfection every single night.
From high-end restaurants to elite catering companies, Andrew spent years crafting gourmet dishes that had to look as good as they tasted, because in those environments, there is no other option.
In 2004 he took everything he had learned and built something of his own, launching a personal chef business specializing in bespoke gourmet dinner parties.
For years he worked directly in people’s homes, cooking for their most important occasions, learning what home kitchens are actually like and what real people actually want on their plates. That experience is something no restaurant kitchen can teach you.
