In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
Give it a good stir to make sure everything is well combined.
Slice your chicken into thin strips for even cooking.
Set aside to be combined with the seasoning later.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to the pan.
Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
Lower the heat to medium.
Add your prepared seasoning mix, a splash of water, and any additional veggies like bell peppers or onions if desired.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
