Ingredients
  
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
 
  • Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • While the potatoes are baking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef according to package instructions and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • To assemble, lay out a tortilla and spread some nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  • Add a portion of the seasoned beef, crispy potatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
