Taco Bell Bean And Cheese Burrito Recipe

Start by warming up some refried beans over medium-low heat until they’re nice and creamy.
While the beans are heating, get your flour tortillas ready by warming them up slightly – this will make them easier to fold and roll.
Spread a generous portion of the refried beans in the center of each tortilla.
Top with a sprinkle of chopped onions and a good amount of your favorite shredded cheese.
Add a drizzle of Taco Bell red sauce to bring all the flavors together.

  • 1 can Refried Beans 16 oz.
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Taco Sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped
Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and warm your tortillas one at a time for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Spread a generous amount of refried beans down the center of each warmed tortilla.
  • Aim for about 2-3 tablespoons per tortilla.
  • Add about a tablespoon of taco sauce on top of the beans.
  • This gives the burrito that signature flavor.
  • Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and some chopped onions on top of the sauce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Place the burritos seam side down on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
