Equipment
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 Nonstick cooking spray
Ingredients

  • 1 32 ounces bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a large baking sheet by coating it with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the seasonings: 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Empty the bag of frozen tater tots into the bowl with the seasoning mix.
Drizzle the tots with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and then toss them in the mixture to ensure they are evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned tater tots onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they have enough space to crisp up.
  • Bake the tater tots in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Be sure to flip the tots halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning on both sides.
  • Serve the seasoned tater tots hot and enjoy them as a delicious side dish or snack.
