Ingredients
  
  • 2 lbs Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing optional
  • 3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 4-5 slices of cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or your favorite hot sauce optional for a spicy kick
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with olive oil.
  • Cut the russet potatoes into fries.
  • Toss them in olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • After that, flip the fries and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cheesy fries, then add some finely chopped cilantro over the top.
  • Optional Sauces: Drizzle with ranch dressing and/or sriracha for that extra kick of flavor!
