Red Robin Garlic Parmesan Broccoli Recipe

You get fresh broccoli steamed and coated with a delicious blend of garlic butter and grated parmesan.

Ingredients
  
  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
  • Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • Make sure the pieces are even in size for uniform cooking.
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss everything together until the broccoli is well coated.
  • Spread the broccoli evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast it in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
