  • 4 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

  • Wash and cut the russet potatoes into uniform strips to ensure even cooking.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil and garlic powder to coat evenly.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
