  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp soybean oil
  • 1 tsp dehydrated minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp adobo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Instructions
 
  • Make sure your aged red peppers are properly cleaned and seeds removed.
    Measure all other ingredients beforehand to make the process more efficient.
  • Place the aged red peppers in a food processor.
    Pulse the peppers until they are finely chopped.
  • Add the distilled white vinegar, water, salt, granulated garlic, soybean oil, dehydrated minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, adobo sauce and liquid smoke to the food processor.
    Continue blending the mixture until it reaches a smooth, homogenous consistency.
  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and place it over medium heat.
    Bring the sauce to a simmer while stirring occasionally.
