Red Lobster’s Chicken Alfredo brings together juicy, Cajun-spiced chicken with a truly creamy Alfredo sauce (are your eyes big yet?!).
Using simple ingredients like butter and Parmesan cheese, the sauce is rich and full of flavor and super easy to put together.
I've found that tossing the chicken with Cajun seasoning in a sealed bag ensures each piece is perfectly coated.

Ingredients
  
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
  • Cook for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream to the skillet, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
  • Toss the pasta in the creamy sauce to combine thoroughly.
  • Serve the pasta on plates and top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
