- Preheat your oven to 400°F. 
- While it’s heating up, wash and halve your Brussels sprouts. 
- Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. 
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil in a bowl. 
- Make sure each piece is well-coated. 
- Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer. 
- Roast them for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through. 
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the sauce. 
- In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and fresh ginger. 
- Simmer the mixture over medium heat until it reduces by half, about 10-15 minutes. 
- If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. 
- This step is optional, but it adds a nice kick. 
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven once they are crispy and tender. 
- Drizzle the sauce over the Brussels sprouts, tossing them to ensure they are evenly coated.
