Red Lobster Brussel Sprout Sauce Recipe

You’ll be amazed at how a simple soy-ginger glaze can transform ordinary Brussels sprouts into something special.
Roast your Brussels sprouts until they’re perfectly crispy, then drizzle this tangy and savory sauce over them.
I love how the sauce’s sweet and salty flavors complement the natural earthiness of the sprouts.
Don’t forget to shake the pan halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Try adding some crispy onion strips for an extra crunch!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional
Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • While it’s heating up, wash and halve your Brussels sprouts.
  • Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil in a bowl.
  • Make sure each piece is well-coated.
  • Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast them for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  • While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the sauce.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and fresh ginger.
  • Simmer the mixture over medium heat until it reduces by half, about 10-15 minutes.
  • If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • This step is optional, but it adds a nice kick.
  • Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven once they are crispy and tender.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the Brussels sprouts, tossing them to ensure they are evenly coated.
