Pioneer Woman's Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

  • 1 package Cookies 12 oz.
  • 6 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 container Whipped Topping 8 oz.
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Finely crush the cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a resealable bag and using a rolling pin.
  • Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press this crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Spoon this luscious peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with extra whipped topping or chocolate shavings for added flavor and presentation.
