  • 1 Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Tomatoes 28 oz.
  • 3 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Base
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream to add richness and flavor to the soup.
