Pioneer Woman Salisbury Steak Recipe

This salisbury steak from the Pioneer Woman hits that sweet spot between comfort food and an easy weeknight meal. It's really delish!
The method is to use just enough breadcrumbs to keep the patties tender without making them dense.
A good mix of beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard gives the gravy a deep, rich taste that coats every bite.
I like to brown the patties first, then let them finish cooking in the gravy so they soak up even more flavor.
Mashed potatoes are the obvious choice, but a thick slice of toasted sourdough is just as good for soaking up all that sauce.
