Ingredients
  
  • 1 cup corn flakes cereal
  • 2 tbsp tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium stalk celery (diced)
  • 1 can (15 oz) of corn
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condense cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condense cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pounds of russet potato
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley
Instructions
 
  • Preheat an oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or casserole dish. Then combine melted butter with crushed cornflakes and set it aside.
  • Cook the beef, celery, and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the meat gets brown. Drain the beef mixture and add corn. 
  • Then add condensed cream of mushroom, celery soups, and milk to a bowl and whisk together. 
  • Place half of the beef mixture in a single layer in the baking dish. Then place half of the potatoes on top, season with salt and pepper, and pour half of the condensed soup mixture over it. 
    Spread half of the shredded cheese over and repeat the layers once more
  • Wrap the casserole in foil and bake in the oven for about an hour. 
  • Remove the foil and sprinkle the casserole with the buttered cornflakes. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until you get a hash brown casserole. 
    Serve Pioneer Woman Hamburger Potato Casserole topped with chopped parsley or green onions, and enjoy!
