Ingredients
  
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts 8 oz., diced
  • 3 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 Head of Lettuce
Instructions
 
  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
  • Add ground chicken to the skillet.
  • Cook and crumble the chicken with a spatula, ensuring it’s cooked through and browned.
  • Mix in garlic and ginger with the chicken and onions.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, releasing aromatic flavors.
  • Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  • Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
