Ingredients
  
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Steak cubed
  • 1 can Tomatoes 32 oz.
  • 1 can Kidney Beans 15 oz.
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Bell Peppers diced
  • 2 Jalapeños diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
 
  • In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Add cubed steak to the pot.
  • Cook until browned.
  • Stir in onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, and garlic.
  • Cook until softened.
  • Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and beef broth.
  • Stir everything together.
  • Bring mixture to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 1-2 hours.
  • Stir occasionally.
