Outback Steakhouse Sweet Glazed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Outback Steakhouse's Sweet Glazed Pork Tenderloin is a delicious twist that brings bold flavors to the table. Yeah, you know you like that!
A savory glaze adds richness, enhancing the meat's natural flavors with a slight sweetness that makes your mouth water.
You might already know, but getting the cooking temperature just right is key to achieving the perfect tenderness — aim for medium to capture that balance.
What I enjoy most about this dish is its combination of robust flavors with a simple prep process, which makes this one so easy to recreate!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Ensure the oven is hot and ready when you finish preparing the tenderloin.
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, water, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Whisk these ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear the pork tenderloin until all sides are browned, which should take about 5 minutes in total.
  • Pour the glaze mixture over the seared tenderloin.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • This resting period helps the juices redistribute for a juicy and tender result.
