  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Honey Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped, optional
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes until they’re browned.
  • Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken breasts in the same skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Spread the honey mustard over the cooked chicken breasts, then top each with mushrooms, bacon, and a mix of cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
