Set your steak out at room temperature for around 30 minutes.
This will help the steak cook evenly.
Mix together the salt, paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, coriander, and black pepper to form your seasoning blend.
Rub it generously on both sides of the steak.
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Remove the steak from the grill, let it rest for about 5 minutes, and then slice against the grain for the best texture.
