In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
Stir until smooth to get the base ready.
Add 1 tablespoon of hot chili paste to give it some heat.
Use more or less depending on your preferred spice level.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds.
