  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Hot chili paste such as sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir until smooth to get the base ready.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of hot chili paste to give it some heat.
  • Use more or less depending on your preferred spice level.
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds.
  • These will add depth and a hint of spice.
  • Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Stir well to ensure even distribution.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least an hour.
  • This allows the flavors to meld nicely.
