  • 2-3 lbs of ground meat hamburger meat or a combo of meats works
  • 1 head of garlic minced
  • 2 cans of tomatoes diced
  • Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning
  • chunky meat, stew meat, brisket, or any super tender smoked meat Optional
Instructions
 
  • In a large chili pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground meat (and optional chunky meat) over medium heat.
    Break apart meat and stir until fully cooked.
  • Once the meat is cooked, add in the minced garlic and continue cooking for a minute or two until the garlic is fragrant.
    Pour in the 2 cans of diced tomatoes, including the juices.
  • Stir in the Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning to taste.
    This will create a rich, flavorful base for your chili.
    Reduce the heat to low and let the chili cook for 6 - 8 hours, or until the flavors meld together and the chili reaches your desired consistency.
    This extended cooking time will result in super tender, flavorful meat.
