Ingredients
  
  • 2 lbs Ribeye Steaks
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • This ensures your steak will cook evenly.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture onto both steak sides.
  • Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear each steak side for about 2 minutes until browned.
  • Transfer skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until steaks reach desired doneness
