Juice the lemons and mince the garlic.
Combine them with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add butter and let it melt completely.
Remove the chicken from the marinade.
Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown.
Pour the chicken broth into the skillet.
Let it simmer, reducing the heat to medium, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Once the chicken has cooked through, remove it from the skillet.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
