IHOP Bacon Temptation Omelette Recipe

This omelette is loaded with custom cured hickory-smoked bacon along with a blend of Jack and Cheddar cheeses, topped with fresh tomatoes and even more bacon.
Make sure not to overbeat the eggs to keep them fluffy and airy, allowing the delicious filling to shine through.
For an added twist, try sprinkling a little extra cheese on top right before finishing; it melts beautifully and adds an irresistible touch.

Ingredients
  
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 oz. American Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Jack & Cheddar Cheese Blend
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup White Cheese Sauce
Instructions
 
  • Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it’s crispy.
  • Set it aside to drain on a paper towel.
  • Whisk the eggs with milk until well combined.
  • This will ensure your omelette is fluffy!
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the egg mixture in.
  • Tilt the pan to cover the surface.
  • Sprinkle the American cheese and half of the bacon over the eggs as they start to set.
  • Add the Jack & Cheddar cheese blend too.
  • Gently fold the omelette in half with a spatula, allowing the cheese to melt thoroughly.
  • Top with diced tomatoes and remaining bacon.
  • Don’t forget a generous drizzle of white cheese sauce on top!
