IHOP Avocado Toast Recipe

  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 2 slices Multigrain Bread

  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit carefully.
  • Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then mix thoroughly.
  • Place the cherry tomatoes in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil and roast until they become slightly charred.
  • This usually takes about five minutes.
  • Toast the multigrain bread slices to your preferred crispiness.
  • A toaster or oven set to medium heat works best.
  • Spread the mashed avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread.
  • Use a generous amount for a rich flavor.
  • Top with roasted cherry tomatoes.
