Hello Fresh Firecracker Meatballs Recipe

The first bite of these firecracker meatballs hits with just enough spice, followed by a rich, creamy finish. What can I say but delish!
That spicy-sweet glaze is what makes these so good. A little brown sugar cuts through the heat, while vinegar adds just a lil' sharpness.
Baking the meatballs on a lined sheet pan is the easiest way to keep them juicy (plus, easy clean-up!).
The sauce thickens up as it sits, so I always let it rest for a couple of minutes before pouring it over the meatballs.
A final sprinkle of red pepper flakes gives an extra kick, but if you like things milder, a little honey in the sauce can smooth it out.
