Hawaiian Roll Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
  
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8-10 slices ham
  • 8-10 slices cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • mayo
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F or set up your air fryer according to its instructions.
  • Place a layer of aluminum foil on the bottom of a baking dish for easy cleanup.
  • Slice a package of Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms.
  • Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  • Lay sliced ham onto the roll bottoms and add a layer of cheese on top.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayo on the inside of the roll tops, then place them onto the sandwich layers in the baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and a pinch of kosher salt.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture over the top of the sliders, ensuring even coverage.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and let the sliders rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly browned.
  • Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before enjoying as an appetizer or meal!
