  • 80 ml of Coconut Milk Almond Milk, or Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 45 grams of Protein Powder Whey or Plant-Based
  • 150 grams of Frozen Strawberries
  • 150 grams of Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Frozen Banana, Cocoa Powder, Heavy Cream, Oat Milk, and Extra Flavor Optional

  • Grab a Kitchen Aid Blender, food processor, or ice cream maker that can blend frozen fruit and ice cubes.
    Make sure it's clean and ready to use.
  • In your blender or food processor, pour in the 80 ml of your preferred milk (Coconut, Almond, or Unsweetened Almond Milk) for the ice cream base.
  • Choose your preferred type of protein powder, such as whey or plant-based.
    Add 45 grams (approximately one scoop) to the blender.
    Add 150 grams of Frozen Strawberries to the mixture.
  • You may also choose to add a frozen banana for extra flavor and creaminess.
    Add 150 grams of Ice Cubes to create a cold and smooth texture along with the fruits.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of Xanthan Gum into the mixture.
    This ingredient is essential for thickening and creating the desired consistency for the protein ice cream.
  • For additional flavor, you can include cocoa powder, heavy cream or a splash of oat milk.
