Golden Corral Steak Recipe

If you’ve ever wondered how Golden Corral’s steaks come out so tender and flavorful, I’ve got you!
The marinade is what sets this steak apart, blending soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of brown sugar for a deep, savory flavor.
I’ve found that marinating the steak overnight gives the best results, but even a couple of hours will do.
A little butter in the final moments of cooking takes the flavor to another level.

  • Pat the sirloin steak dry with paper towels, removing any moisture.
  • Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the steak.
  • Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F.
  • Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the steak on the grill and sear it for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Achieve a nice crust without overcooking the inside.
  • After searing, reduce the grill's heat to medium and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes per side.
