Ingredients
  
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables peas, carrots, and mushrooms
  • 2 cups Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp Butter divided
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Coat diced chicken pieces in the seasoned flour.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until the pieces are golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté mixed vegetables until tender.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the biscuit dough by combining the biscuit mix, buttermilk, and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
