Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, minced onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined but don’t overwork the meat.
Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions.
Shape each portion into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Add olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, place the turkey patties in the skillet.
Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
Ensure they are cooked through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
After cooking, let the patties rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
