Buffalo Wild Wings Southwest Ranch Chicken Wings Recipe

Here comes the zesty, creamy taste of Buffalo Wild Wings' Southwest Ranch to jazz up your chicken wings at home!
I'm about to show you just how simple it is to recreate this delicious dish with a blend of mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and a unique mix of spices.
One key to getting that authentic flavor is using adobo seasoning, which adds a smoky depth and complements the sriracha's spicy kick.
This is one of my faves, for its perfect balance of heat and tanginess.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

  • Start by rinsing the chicken wings under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  • This helps remove any impurities and allows for better seasoning adherence.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Add ranch seasoning mix, cumin, black pepper, dill, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Place the chicken wings into the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the prepared ranch mixture.
  • Ensure each wing is evenly covered with the creamy mix.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread them evenly without overlapping to ensure even cooking.
  • Bake the wings for around 25–30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time to achieve a crispy texture.
  • Check to make sure they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve with extra dressing as a dip if desired!
