Ingredients
  
  • 2 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Cut the chicken wings into sections for even cooking.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with a rack.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until crispy.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté it until it’s fragrant.
  • Stir in the flour to make a roux, then slowly whisk in the milk.
  • Keep stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the prepared sauce, making sure they are fully coated.
