  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

  • Mix flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Coat each chicken wing thoroughly in this dry mixture.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F or use a heavy-bottomed pot with sufficient oil.
  • Fry wings in batches, ensuring the oil temperature stays above 325°F.
  • For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, stirring frequently.
  • Blend grated Parmesan cheese into the butter and garlic, stirring until melted and combined.
  • Add red pepper flakes if desired for a little kick.
  • Toss the cooked wings in the garlic Parmesan sauce until thoroughly coated.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
