Ingredients
  
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
 
  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until it’s fully melted.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until it becomes fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream slowly, stirring consistently until fully combined with the garlic-butter mixture.
  • Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the sugar, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to blend all the flavors.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, allowing the sauce to simmer for a few more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool a bit before using it with your favorite wings.
