  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place chicken wings on the sheet and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the chicken is baking, melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • Add soy sauce, dark brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ground cloves to the skillet. Whisk well.
  • Add cayenne pepper sauce and finely chopped red bell pepper. Simmer for 40-45 minutes until thickened.
  • Toss the baked wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
