Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
Season them using salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork chops once the oil is hot.
Brown them for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove the pork chops and set them aside on a plate.
In the skillet, combine mandarin oranges, orange juice, brown sugar, and vinegar.
Simmer the mixture for around 5 minutes until it slightly thickens.
Return the pork chops to the skillet.
Spoon the orange glaze over each pork chop to thoroughly coat them.
Let the chops simmer in the glaze for another 10 minutes.
Ensure they are cooked through and tender.
