I always start by trimming the sprouts evenly and halving them so they cook uniformly. This way, they all develop that enticing crunch.
To get the sauce just right, mix it in a separate bowl and toss it with the sprouts halfway through roasting.

  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts halved
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
  • Cooking Spray

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Lay the halved Brussels sprouts on the sheet and drizzle them with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle salt and cracked black pepper over the sprouts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Toss them gently to mix the seasonings.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts for about 25 minutes or until they're crispy and golden.
  • While the sprouts are roasting, combine honey and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
  • Mix well until the glaze is smooth and well-blended.
  • Remove the sprouts from the oven.
  • Drizzle with the honey-sriracha glaze immediately while they are still hot.
