Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
Place the steaks on the grill.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
Remove and let rest.
While the steak is cooking, heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and the shrimp.
Cook until the shrimp turns pink.
In another saucepan, slowly heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, and lemon juice until smooth.
Keep warm.
To serve, place grilled steak on a plate.
Top with sautéed shrimp and drizzle with the Parmesan sauce.
