  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken sliced
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup Almonds sliced and toasted
  • 1/3 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 4 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Dressing

  • Prepare the chicken by cooking and slicing it into strips.
  • You can bake, grill, or pan-fry the chicken based on your preference.
  • Let it cool slightly before using in the wrap.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  • Add toasted almonds and chow mein noodles to the mixture for some crunch.
  • Toss everything together lightly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  • Place a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface, and spread a spoonful of honey mustard dressing down the center of the wrap.
  • Add a portion of the chicken slices and the vegetable mixture on top.
  • Make sure not to overfill to prevent the wrap from tearing.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom.
