  • 2 Steaks 10 oz. each
  • 1 cup Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Steak Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Creole Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
Instructions
 
  • Marinate the steaks.
  • Mix the bourbon whiskey, honey, steak sauce, Creole mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
  • Cover the steaks and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
  • Place them on the grill.
  • Grill each side of the steaks for about 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
  • The internal temperature should hit at least 135°F for medium-rare.
  • While the steaks are grilling, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add mushrooms and onions, sautéing until soft and golden brown.
  • Serve the grilled steaks on a hot platter.
  • Top with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
  • Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy!
