Applebee’s Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger Recipe

The sautéed onions and mushrooms add amazing depth, while melted Swiss cheese brings creamy richness. Garlic mayo takes this burger over the top – don’t skip it! It really ties all the flavors together beautifully. For the best results, toast your brioche bun lightly. It adds a nice textural contrast to the tender beef and veggies.
