Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and hot pepper sauce.
Continue stirring until everything is well incorporated.
Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil.
Allow it to boil for one minute, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Let the glaze simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This will allow it to thicken and reduce.
Once the glaze reaches your desired consistency, remove it from heat.
You can use it immediately or store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
