  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, whiskey, pineapple juice, and soy sauce.
  • Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and hot pepper sauce.
  • Continue stirring until everything is well incorporated.
  • Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Allow it to boil for one minute, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Let the glaze simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • This will allow it to thicken and reduce.
  • Once the glaze reaches your desired consistency, remove it from heat.
  • You can use it immediately or store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
