Ingredients
  
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Passion Fruit Nectar
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Allspice
Instructions
 
  • Combine pineapple juice, passion fruit nectar, peanut oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and allspice in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and turn them to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
