Yard House Garlic Noodles Recipe

I find that allowing the cooked noodles to cool completely before reheating gives them the perfect texture, ready to soak up all that lovely sauce.

Ingredients
  
  • 8 oz. Spaghetti Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Chives chopped
Instructions
 
  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sliced shiitake mushrooms.
  • Sauté until the mushrooms are tender and the garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, stir fry sauce, and honey.
  • Cook for about a minute to let the flavors meld together.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  • Toss well to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of pasta water to thin it out.
  • Top the noodles with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped chives before serving.
  • Serve while hot for the best experience!
