Waffle House Omelet Recipe

Waffle House omelets are in a league of their own! They’re light, fluffy, and loaded with all the good stuff.
The real magic happens when you add a splash of ice-cold water to the eggs before beating them. It creates steam as the omelet cooks, giving it that signature airy texture.
Use a nonstick skillet with a lil' butter and cook over a heat setting of just under medium—low and slow makes all the difference.
