Add all of the ingredients to a pot and bring to boil at medium heat. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.
Take the pot off the stove and let it cool for about 4-5 minutes, but not completely.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend for about 1-2 minutes at high speed until well combined.
