Ingredients
  
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground fennel or fennel seeds
  • 2 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper (adjust for mild or more spiced kick)
Instructions
 
  • If you are using whole fennel seeds, place them in a spice grinder or coffee grinder.
    Pulse the grinder until the seeds are ground finely.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground fennel with garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, kosher salt, chili pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper.
    Stir the mixture until the spices are well blended.
  • Transfer your Tuscan Heat Spice blend into an airtight container or a spice jar.
