Ingredients
  
  • 6 oz Flank Steak or Filet
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Italian Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Carrot
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion to taste
  • 1 tbsp Bacon Bits

  • Season the steak lightly with your favorite spices.
  • Allow it to reach room temperature for better cooking.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat.
  • Add a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  • While the steak rests, combine romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Cut the steak into thin slices.
  • Add it on top of the mixed salad greens.
